All of our print orders are fulfilled by the print-on-demand service provided by Printful.com.
Please contact us via email before returning any printed products back to their return address. If the fault is on our end, we will be very happy to provide you with a refund. Simply explain your problem and attach clear photographs of any damaged products you may have received. We will then work with Printful.com to resolve the issue, and you should hear back from us within 3 working days.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for digital goods such as phone or desktop wallpapers. If there is something wrong with your download, please do get in touch via email and I would be happy to sort you out.
